Where are our weak bonds of positive energy?

Though it may sound like a high school chemistry question, it is a question that looks to draw out the positive energy that exists in a multitude of disparate parts in a powerful school system. Knowing where the positive energy exists allows an organization to flow new ideas through this network in order for them to be enhanced and amplified. Too often the voices of negative energy rise up, and they overshadow this robust network of weak bonds of positive energy.
